Opportunity: Devise a Performance at the V&A

This looks like  a wonderful opportunity for anyone aged 12-19 to delve into the V&A’s collections and devise a piece of theatre in response to their amazing objects. Workshops are led by a professional Director, are divided by age and take place over a full day with a performance at the end. It’s excellent way to develop your skills.

Project Description/Aims: Develop your drama performance skills and create exciting live shows inspired by objects in the galleries. Find out different ways of engaging an audience and at the end of this fast-paced day, perform to a live audience in the Museum.

You can book online, by clicking below or phone the Booking Office on 020 7942 2211, or post a cheque made out to the Victoria and Albert Museum with a covering letter.

Once you have booked a ticket, please complete the emergency contact form, and model release form and send them in before the event.

It is advisable to bring a packed lunch for the day-long sessions.

One free place is available to a carer accompanying a disabled person.
